Center at Vineyard located offers the Vacation home La Placita a cozy Refuge for 2 People with a large, fully equipped Kitchen, the also some more upscale Claims fair becomes. Enjoy incredible Views on the endless Atlantic and a Sky with fantastic Cloud formations, which itself to a glowing red Sunset at night in a clear Starry sky Transforms.
The pool of the Hacienda with own Pool kitchen and many shielded Berths is certainly the most beautiful-located Pool of the island. La Placita has moreover via a private Outdoor terrace direct from the Kitchen with 4 Seats at the table, a Berth with 2 Sunbeds at the yucca palms and Outlook Direction Atlantic and into the opposite Barranco Riverbed. Additionally gives it also direct at the house a further Outdoor seating with 2 very comfortable and height adjustable Relax Wicker armchairs. Handmade Circulation and Seat cushion.
The house has a cozy bedroom with a small desk, a very well equipped large eat-in kitchen incl. fireplace stove with visible flame behind glass, a modern en suite bathroom with large rainforest shower, a second bathroom with whirlpool tub accessible from the outside, fast and stable internet via directional radio and German SAT TV. The tasteful and unagitated interior of the house creates space to relax and unwind.
The cottage also includes an artistically designed dance and movement area with vertical rock gardens, its own small Laurisilva forest, various endemic plants and a large outdoor kitchen with barbecue area. An own spring with fresh, crystal clear mountain water and a seasonal herb garden are further, of the many extraordinary details.
The south-west facing, very windless property at 1,380m above sea level is mostly above the cloud cover of the island and extends widely over various wine terraces and hills. Wooden garden furniture, sun loungers and the open nature invite you to relax. Enjoy the fascinating sound of silence, surrounded by centuries-old vines, almond and various fruit trees in this unique place.
The detached cottage La Placita is located far back in the vineyard in absolute privacy. Please note that the way to the parking lot is about one hundred meters further away than from the other cottages. But you enjoy a particularly protected zone in the midst of nature and with direct access to the adjacent barranco and pine forest. The finca has its own fig terraces that provide pleasant shade, especially in the summer months as a popular retreat.
