Hacienda La Palma - Service & Info

You will be looked after directly on site by our four-person Hacienda team (if you like). We live near the Hacienda and if you need us, we’ll be happy to help and advise you. We also protect your privacy. Make sure that everything runs smoothly in the background.

Our permanent team knows the ropes and we do without agencies and intermediaries. We know how good it is to have contacts who are directly on site and know their way around. We implement many services directly and independently, while for other areas we rely on competent partners.

Directions and location: Is the Hacienda the right choice for your vacation?

The satisfaction of our guests is very important to us. Here are a few points that you should consider before booking:

  • After leaving the paved and well-maintained LP 111 road, the approach to the hacienda is another 500 meters along a fairly steep concrete track with a few water gullies. The last 100 meters then lead over a somewhat bumpy forest path.
  • We will be happy to help you book a suitable rental car. Regardless of where you book your vehicle, you should bear in mind that La Palma is a very steep island and it is much more pleasant to drive with sufficient horsepower and some ground clearance. We recommend vehicles from 75-80 hp such as the Citroen Berlingo or FIAT Panda 4×4 from
    Monta Cars
    .
  • The Hacienda is only suitable for younger children to a limited extent, as there are many steps due to the hillside location and wine terraces.
  • Please note that some vacation homes can only be reached from the parking lot via long, narrow paths due to their secluded location in the middle of the vineyard. We will be happy to help you with your luggage.
  • Even if some photos may give a different impression, we are not a ‘luxury vacation resort’, but an organically run winery with vacation homes.

We strive to make our guests’ stay as pleasant as possible and offer various services that go beyond the normal vacation home standard. Please enquire about the availability of these offers individually in advance.
