Unser fest angestelltes Team kennt sich bestens aus und wir verzichten auf Agenturen und Vermittler. Wir wissen, wie gut es ist Ansprechpartner zu haben die direkt vor Ort sind und sich auskennen. Viele Serviceleistungen setzen wir direkt eigenständig um und für andere Bereiche greifen wir auf kompetente Partner zurück.

Access and location: Is the Hacienda the right choice for your vacation?

The satisfaction of our guests is very important to us. Therefore, in the following some points that you should consider before booking:

  • The access road to the hacienda leads after the departure from the paved and well-built road LP 111 again about 500 meters over a fairly steep concrete slope with some water channels. The last 100 meters then lead once again over a somewhat bumpy forest road. 
  • We are happy to help you book a suitable rental car. Regardless of where you book your vehicle, you should keep in mind that La Palma is a very steep island and it is much more pleasant to drive with enough horsepower and some ground clearance. We recommend vehicles from 75-80 hp such as the Citroen Berlingo or FIAT Panda 4×4 from Monta Cars.
  • For younger children the Hacienda is only conditionally suitable, because there are many steps due to the slope and wine terraces. 
  • Please note that some vacation homes are located in the middle of the vineyard and can only be reached from the parking lot via long narrow paths. We will gladly assist you with your luggage. 
  • Although some photos may give a different impression, we are not a 'luxury vacation resort', but an organically run winery with vacation homes. 

We strive to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and offer various services that go beyond a normal vacation home standard. The availability of these offers we ask you in advance individually.
