You will be looked after directly on site by our four-person Hacienda team, who will protect your privacy. We value genuine hospitality and comfort.

Fridge/shopping service – We can fill your fridge before you arrive if you wish, so that you can start without the stress of shopping.

What are the cancellation conditions?
60/30-day rule: 100% refund for at least 60 days, 50% refund if at least 30 days; no refund if less than 30 days before check-in.
What are the challenges of the situation?
The hacienda is only partially suitable for younger children (steps, hillside location) and some houses are only accessible from the parking lot via long, narrow paths. However, we will help with the luggage.

Where can I shop?
Nearest supermarkets: Llano Negro and Las Tricias (approx. 15 minutes) and Puntagorda (approx. 20 minutes). Visit the Mercadillo Puntagorda at the weekend.
Do you offer catering?
You cater for yourself in your vacation home. We offer our own products such as almond paste and red wine for sale.
Can I drink the water in the house?
Yes, we provide the finest mountain spring water, which you can draw from the central fountain.
Where can I find the nearest ATMs and pharmacies?
You will find ATMs and a pharmacy in Puntagorda. The Centro de Salud, also in Puntagorda, can help with minor injuries.
