The original Canarian architecture of the old Canarian stone house (former bodega) has been complemented by a modern interior design.

There are beds for up to 3 people. The master bedroom and a lounge area with a lawn upstairs are perfect for relaxing. The lounge area is connected via an exterior entrance to the kitchen/dining room and the bathroom on the ground floor.

El Rincon features a south-facing panoramic terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains and fruit trees (nectarine and fig). The terrace seats four people around a large stone table and includes two wooden lounge chairs.

Right next to it is another patio with a double lounge chair under the fig tree, which provides pleasant shade in the summer.

On the northwest-facing terrace overlooking the sea, right in front of the house, there is another stone table that seats four. Here, you can admire the sunset over the clouds and the endless view of the Atlantic. Enjoy a small glass of the house red wine and olives on the private finca on La Palma.

The southeast-facing panoramic terrace with a view of the mountains is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun.

The solar-heated pool with a view of the sea is located in an artistically designed complex that spans several terraces. The terraces are built at different levels.

The vertical rock gardens and plants, as well as the height and orientation of the terraces, provide secluded areas. Lounge chairs on various terraces ensure privacy while you enjoy the pool. Please note that the temperature of the solar-heated pool depends on the amount of sunlight. Depending on the season, the pool may be cool.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Here are some things to keep in mind before booking:

– The drive from Santa Cruz Airport to Hacienda La Palma takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. You’ll find plenty of shopping opportunities along the way, for example in El Paso, Los Llanos, or Puntagorda. We’d be happy to provide you with additional recommendations before your arrival.
– Access to the hacienda is via a steep concrete road approximately 500 meters long after turning off LP 111, which is in good condition. The last 100 meters are on a forest road. Navigation systems do not work properly in this area. Please use our map and the video link we will provide after you make your reservation.
– We’ll be happy to help you reserve a suitable rental car. Regardless of where you book your vehicle: Please note that La Palma is a rugged island. With sufficient horsepower and ground clearance, driving is much more enjoyable. We recommend vehicles with at least 75–80 CV, such as the Citroën Berlingo or the FIAT Panda 4×4 from Monta Cars.
– The Hacienda is only partially suitable for young children. Due to the slope, there are steps and inclines. We’d be happy to advise you in advance so you can decide if this is right for you.
– Please note that our vacation homes are secluded in the middle of the vineyards. Access to the parking lot is on foot. We’ll be happy to help you get to the airport with your luggage.
– Although our photos may give a different impression: We are not a “luxury resort” or a “luxury villa,” but an organically managed vineyard. We offer our guests well-equipped vacation homes and apartments.
– Since we are surrounded by nature, we have beneficial insects such as bees, birds, ichneumon wasps, and ground beetles, among others. If you have specific allergies or other health concerns, we ask that you consider whether a stay with us is appropriate for you.
