When should I show up for my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session so you have time to settle in, take a deep breath, and get ready for your treatment in a relaxed state of mind.
How can I pay for my treatment?
For its services, Vilram Wellness accepts cash payments or bank transfers, which are paid directly and in full to Vilda without any fees.
Do I need to bring towels or bathrobes?
Yes—please bring one towel per person for your massage or hot tub experience.
Bathrobes are optional, but are recommended for your comfort during the breaks between treatments.
Should I bring swimwear?
Yes, please bring your swimwear so you can enjoy the pool or hot tub.
