What is Vilram Wellness?
Vilram Wellness is an exclusive wellness offer that helps you to regenerate your body and mind in harmony with nature. It is an independent wellness initiative, but works closely with the Hacienda La Palma. This allows guests to enjoy luxurious treatments either in the Hacienda’s beautiful cottages or in the comfort of their own vacation home. Each treatment is individually tailored to your needs by our experienced masseuse Vilda and promotes deep relaxation, regeneration and inner balance.
When should I show up for my appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session so that you have time to arrive, take a deep breath and prepare for your treatment in a relaxed mood.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We accept cash payments or bank transfersbefore your session.
You will be informed of the payment details at the time of booking.
Do I need to bring towels or bathrobes?
Yes – please bring one towel per person for your massage or whirlpool experience.
Bathrobes are optional but recommended for your comfort during transitions between treatments.
Should I bring swimwear?
Yes, please bring swimwear to enjoy the pool or whirlpool.
