The vineyard above the clouds of La Palma

We lovingly produce a first-class red wine by hand with the support of the successful winemaker Don Alberto. The basis for this are the wine terraces in the best sunny location and ancient vines.
What sounds so self-evident today was built up with great effort by our predecessors and maintained over centuries. The terraced vineyards at over 1,380 meters above sea level are among the highest wine-growing areas in the world. Our vines naturally produce low yields with high quality.
We see organic farming in accordance with the guidelines of the “Consejo Regulador de Agricultura Ecológica” (CRAE for short) as a logical consequence. In this way, we are making a contribution to the preservation of the established structures on La Palma.

Our completely hand-picked Listán Prieto grapes are bottled exclusively for our guests. After an eventful day of hiking or swimming, relax on the Vacation Home terrase with a glass of our own red wine.

Harvest & enjoy

The vineyard blossoms and grows practically all year round. While the almond and fruit blossom season impresses from January to early March, the first fruits begin to ripen in April/May.

Apricots, figs, lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, apples, pears, strawberries and, of course, sugar-sweet grapes grow here. You can help yourself to our fruit trees until well into November. In September, you can accompany the almond and fig harvest and learn how this tradition is still practiced on La Palma today. In October, the wine is then brought in with combined forces.

From November to December, chestnuts are waiting to be harvested by you. Our own herb garden provides tasty ingredients for the kitchen all year round.
