The vineyard

With loving handwork we produce a first-class red wine with the support of the successful winemaker Don Alberto. The basis for this are the vine terraces in the best sunny location and ancient vines.

What sounds so self-evident today, our predecessors have built up with great effort and maintained over centuries. Thus, the terraced sites at over 1,380m.a.s.l. are among the highest wine-growing areas in the world. Our vines naturally produce low yields with high quality.

The ecological management of our winery according to the specifications of the "Consejo Regulador de Agricultura Ecológica" (short CRAE) we see as a logical consequence. In this way, we make a small contribution to the preservation and maintenance of the evolved agricultural structures on La Palma.

Our completely hand-picked Listán Prieto grapes are bottled exclusively for our guests. End an eventful day of hiking or swimming relaxed with a glass of our own red wine.

Harvest & Enjoy

The vineyard blooms and grows practically all year round. While from January to the beginning of March the almond and fruit blossom season impresses, already in April/May the first fruits begin to ripen.

There grow apricots, figs, lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, apples, pears, strawberries and of course the sugary grapes. You can help yourself to our fruit trees until November. In September you can accompany the almond and fig harvest and learn how this tradition is still lived on La Palma. In October, the wine is brought in with united forces.

From November to December, the chestnuts (chestnuts) are waiting to be harvested by you. Our own herb garden provides year-round for tasty ingredients in the kitchen.
